Workout advice???
I work out 5 days a week at the gym. I do cardio for at least 35 minutes and at most 50 minutes, followed by stretching and 30 minute circuits. When I am using the various weight machines, I do 3 sets of 12 reps. Do you think that is enough to stay toned? For example, after doing cardio I will do six different machines for my legs/glutes, on each machine, I do 3 sets of 12 reps, then followed by 3 ab workouts with the same 3 sets of 12 reps. Is it enough to stay fit, and is this enough to continue losing weight, or do I need to increase my sets/reps per workout session. Oh, and I've only been working out for 6 weeks.
I don't do the same workout each time. Twice a week I will work legs/glutes, then twice will work out chest and arms, and the last day I will do a light circuit through all. For cardio, sometimes I do jogging, sometimes I will do stairmaster for half the time, then bike, or sometimes I do eliptical. But, I never thought of doing cardio after my weight training and I'll take that into consideration. thanks

What you need to do is stop doing the same thing every day. Your body adjusts to your workout and diet in 2 weeks. If you are not changing your diet and workout plans every 2 - 3 weeks your body will stop adjusting to it and you will stop making improvements.
Also, you should be doing your cardio after your circut training. Working out first will deplete your body of the glycogin levels, then when you do your cardio. You will start benefiting from burning fat right away because your body does not need to deplete the glycogin. Glycogin is what gives your body the energy it needs to workout. Depleting that from circut training will help you get strong and build more muscle which will help you burn more calories during the day and lose weight faster. Doing Cardio first it would take you about 35 - 45 min to deplete the glycogin, so your body would not get any cardio advantage or burn fat, it would be just getting rid of your energy.
You should not be working out abs every day. At most you should be doing abs two days a week but you will need to increase the amount you do from 3 sets of 12 to around 5 sets of 20.
