I rented a locker for a fee at a water park in my area. However when I went back to my locker ,it was found to be broken into and all my things were stolen. Are there any legal actions I can take against the park for not providing a service that I had paid for?

I work out 5 days a week at the gym. I do cardio for at least 35 minutes and at most 50 minutes, followed by stretching and 30 minute circuits. When I am using the various weight machines, I do 3 sets of 12 reps. Do you think that is enough to stay toned? For example, after doing cardio I will do six different machines for my legs/glutes, on each machine, I do 3 sets of 12 reps, then followed by 3 ab workouts with the same 3 sets of 12 reps. Is it enough to stay fit, and is this enough to continue losing weight, or do I need to increase my sets/reps per workout session. Oh, and I've only been working out for 6 weeks.

I have a Toshiba and I used to be able to download my pics right from the memory card. The insertion was at the front of my laptop. But now, when I put my card in. Nothing happens. It doesn't show up under my computer or anything. I screen used to pop to ask how I wanted to open the files. HELP. Any suggestions?

For 3 weeks now, I've been religously working out for at least one hour, five days a week. Having a diet of less than 1500 calories and have only lost 2 pounds, but have lost at least an inch at each of the major areas, waist, glute, legs and arms. So my question is, I want to lose weight as well as get toned. Can anyone suggest anything else that I can do to lose weight? I am 145 and want to lose 20 pounds. Thanks.

When meeting a female, by either Miss/Ms Smith or Mrs. Smith, we can infer that she is married or not. But, when we meet a man, we only know that he is a man and there is no connotation with the word Mr. So, why is that?

My daughter woke up today and didn't want to eat or drink. I took her to the doctor and the doctor said everything was fine. But all my daughter wants to do is sleep. She is 21 months old. All she wanted today was to sleep. Is this normal? Has anyone had experience with children feeling under the weather and not wanting to eat and only wanting to sleep. Please help. Thank you.

For almost a week now, I've had a little cold with sore throat, headache, congestion and a runny nose. I was on a diet and losing weight and still went to the gym even when I was sick, but it seems like I gained a few pounds. Does anyone know if sickness and water weight or water retention while sick is possible? Thanks in advance.

A friend of mine has ended a 6 year relationship in which he has two children. Currently, the ex girlfriend have the kids, but she doesn't work and is kinda nutty. My friend wants to know who has the legal right to the kids. He has a job, his own home, etc. How does he go about getting his kids back? Plus, his ex girlfriend is threatening to take the kids and leave the state. Anyone with experience would be tremendously helpful.

I cannot see any of the pictures on the little screen, but can take pictures because it still flashes and then I can see the pics when I stick the memory stick into my laptop. So anyway, does anyone know why it is doing this? I tried replacing the battery, but still white screen when I turn it on. HELP. Thank you.

The sitter has other children her age, but she doesn't seem to want to interact and often plays by herself. At home, she is very lively and talkative with me and her father and her cousins. But at the babysitters she seems to cry a lot and is very shy. Does anyone have any tips for us. Oh and she is 20 months of age.

I have been living with the diagnosis for 7 years. The medications seem to make me more sick? Does anyone know of any meds that actually made them feel better. Right now my symptoms are swollen, sore joints. Fatigue. Uncontrolled diarrhea. And hair loss. Anyone with experience? I am taking plaquenil, silica and prednisone but things seem to be getting worse. My C3 and C4 complements are very low. Any suggestions?
