I said this about 6 months ago and what were my answers?

Around 6 months ago, I posted a question about illegals bringing in diseases, not being immunized, etc. I got called all kinds of a racist. Now, anyone with children....register them for school this year and see that you will now have to take them into the Dr. for three additional shots. 2 for hepititis and one for another chicken pox strain. Where did that come from all of a sudden? When the same shots have been required previously for the past 10 yrs., (other than the first chicken pox shot that was a new thing.) Where do you think?

Update:

Funny, the supporters of illegals are not so quick to answer now that I am correct on that!!

Update 2:

Plus, they don't even know what the word racist means. Saying any comment regarding immigration is not racist. Racist is saying your race is the best or better than others. Race is the color of your skin, hispanics are white or black. So a racial comment would be against a color, not a illegal or legal status.

you cant blame diseases on illegals only. But boo hoo, your kid gets a few extra shot, thats even better. well going back to history natives had no such thing as a flu, but guess WHERE it came from? the imigrants from europe, so dont get technical. everyone knows viruses cant become immune to vaccines or antibiotics after a while, and since were more advance now, we develop more vaccines, therefore more shots, so see..not all your problems are due to illegals. i hope i dont border hop to canada for i migth give them american goodies.so stop hitting the pipe.

You were correct then as you are now.Diseases that were non existent in our country are now making a come back.It will only be a matter of time before this new HPV vaccine will be mandatory for all of our daughters. And what good does it do that some children get vaccinated and others don't.I would be curious to know if those who are here illegally are required to have the same shots for their kids in our public school system or are they not required to get them?

You would think by now that the powers that be would realize that allowing people into our country without a health check is asking for trouble. But,I guess they aren't worried about that.

Being called a racist has no effect on me whatsoever. In fact,I think it is kinda funny because I know they only use the word out of desperation.

The health threat is over exagerated, but it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Hepatitis shots are relatively new. . I think the threat of Hepatitis A comes mainly from asia, but I'm sure Mexico has it too. I think Hepatitis B vaccine only have existed for around 15 years, and it was a live virus vaccine. Both virus existed in America, but our sanitation system has kept Hepatitis A from being a problem like it is in the third world. It has always been a problem in Day care, prisons and schools. All immigrants as well as tourist can bring diseases. THe major problem is that illegals prevent us from tracking the disease. I would generally take the hub bub of Leprosy and TB with a grain of salt. The disease I would track is Chagas disease.

It also turns out that if you check with the CDC you will find that TB is making one hell of a comeback. Including a rather nasty strain that is quite tolerant to many anti-biotics. But that probably has nothing to do with 12-20 million people from undeveloped countries coming to the US while skipping the health screening that would be part of a legal migration.

Illegal immigrants and not the reason kids have to get hepB shots and the chicken pox shot. HepB is RAMPANT in this country, it can cause liver cancer and death and an all around lowered quality of life. Chicken pox is miserable for a child to have, why not spare the kids the misery?

    You are ignorant.

Sorry you got called names for nothing but expressing your opinions about a specific theory. I get slapped around like that all the time. :(

EDIT: Yeah, really. Such an argument against illegal immigration and only THREE answers? Congrats. You managed to make your opponents speechless. :P *lol*

Yeah - and well we speak our lame a s s politicians are doing nothing about it. And you can envision an occurrence happening again, because of no governmental action and resolve being taken currently.

I don't care anymore if they call me a racist. Whatever. If it makes me a racist to want all the illegal aliens deported, and to secure our borders, then I am a racist.
