Question about plastic surgery correction?

Does anyone know of any programs out there that help people that have deformities or other abnormalites, receive plastic surgery either pro-bono or at a greatly reduced price? Any doctors that are willing to do low monthly payments?

This is very important to me....

This person has no insurance, and it's heartbreaking for me to see someone I care about have to deal with the emotional, mental, and physical repercussions of having an abnormality that they can't do anything about.....

Update:

It is a genital abnormality

yes, there are several but you have to tell us what kind of deformity it is.

if its cleft palate or another facial deformity or a missing ear... ??

sometimes you can just ask the hospital or surgeon and they will do it.

I would try to get in contact with a university that teaches medical school. Try Stanford University. They might let students practice on your friend. Don't worry, the real doctors are right there beside the student doctor and the results are just as good as if the real doctor did it.
