I'm starting to think like a liberal now. Scary isn't it?

Why don't we put this whole illegal immigration issue to a vote for the American Citizens to decide with a comprehensive Immigration Bill on a voting ballet? Mob rule right? I submit that all American businesses validate SS numbers for all workers through a national database. Make sure that no red flags are popping up with multiple jobs in multiple states. I know that this can work because a co worker was terminated from work when we found out that he was illegal when we went on a company fishing trip. He was flagged when he applied for a fishing permit. Sad isn't it? The government is playing us like a fiddle and that goes for both sides.

Update:

Repeat after me..."I am not a liberal...I am not a liberal...I am not a liberal" LOL..ok, I'm fine now. Seriously, these politicians these days really make you wonder.

Sweety, I have been thinking like a liberal since Bush came into office....He has done more to destroy conservative ideals than any other President....In a true democracy, we would we be able to do this....Its a pitty....Since we are a Republic, we have representitives, to voice for us....I think the manipulation of Capitalism is at the heart of this debate, in other words greed....

That is not thinking like a liberal, its using common sense, something Congress is greatly lacking in. They need to put through three bills for people to vote on. One would allow amnesty, one for reporting and a grace period at which you must pay a fine and have applied for citizenship, and the third, round em up and ship them back.

I think that by bringing more important items to the American public for a vote, is the only way we can have our voice heard over the partisan politics, the back office deals and the name calling.

If we could only get Congress to put it on a ballot ,for all Americans citizens to vote on .

Simple and fair , everyone will have their say ,

But will LaRaza and the Cooperation's allow it .

It will have to be stated correctly so everyone would understand what they would be voting for or against .

    Good question !!!!

These whole thing about immigration is just nothing but rhetoric, the U.S. is speedily adapting open border policy, and keeping the rhetorics is just to avoid the 'shock and awe' of opening up the borders.

"Ask not what your country can do for you, but what can you can do for your country" -- Call or write your Senator and Congressman, become an activist, join the Peace Corps (are they still around?)
