Should I "deadhead" my daylillies?
Just looking for ways to maximize the flowering.

Always deadhead....in fact all flowers.
daylillies with bloom much better if you deadhead.......in fact I cut the stem way down.

Yes, you can deadhead daylilies. Whether or not they will rebloom depends on the variety. Some varieties bloom only one time while others will continue to bloom after deadheading.
Apply a good fertilizer, such as Miracle Grow, along with epsoms salts. Mix two tablespoons of each per gallon of water, and feed every 2 weeks.

Yes, it makes them neater and also helps with flowering. Apply a slow release fertilizer and they will continue to bloom all summer.
