Need name of old (british?) movie?

I saw this movie years ago: A (british?)middle aged woman is completely bored with her non existent life and her husband. She fixes his dinner and leaves a note that she's gone on holiday to greece. Once there she comes to life, has a torrid affair and finally starts enjoying life. Her husband comes looking for her, but it's too late. There's a beautiful scene where she is sitting at a table by the beach, she's changed so much her husband is walking past her not recognizing her. She stays in greece working at a cafe.
