Greener, Westley Richards, Vickers (VSM), ROF Fazakerley, ROF Maltby, BSA Shirley (M47C), as well as Australia (from 1913), in Canada at Long Branch (from 1941), the United States by Stevens-Savage (also from 1941), RFI Ishapore, India (from 1905) and Wah Cantt in Pakistan (from the late 1950s).

Depending on condition it varies. I have seen them from 150 to a 1000 and even higher. I have a primo one that was hardly used that I paid 850 for and I have another that looked like it had been used to drive tent pegs that I bought for 275. They are both tack drivers.
