I met this lady, her parents were born and raised in Africa, she was born and raised in America, is she a Afro-American? She is white.

    She is American of African descent. Or as a friend of mine likes to say she is a "white african". Kinda like Charlize Theron...

    No, she's still American and white. Her parents' nationality is African. Living somewhere doesn't change your race or ethnicity.
