I am pretty sure that it is Ralph Lauren. Any major department store like Macy's or Nordstrom's would have them.

It's a Ralph Lauren Polo shirt. They have them almost everywhere. polo is a real nice quality shirt so expect to pay a little more for it! I just saw one for $85, but shop around I'm sure you'll find them cheaper.

Target, Macy's, JC Penney's, Casual Men's Big & Tall, Nordstrom. Pretty much any fine department stores.
