Were there any tests in the 16th century for learning a baby's sex?

Did midwives know of any tests that could be performed before birth to learn a baby's sex in the 16th century?

    Of path. It is honestly lucrative, if the mother and father every talk one more language, in the event that they talk to the little one in every language. Then a little one will develop as much as be bilingual. My grandmother spoke French and English -- her father handiest spoke French to her, and her mom handiest spoke English. She was once fluent in each. And I realize a person who married a Spanish talking girl, and so the lady handiest speaks Spanish to her little one and the person handiest speaks English. The child is cute, and speaks each languages similarly good. I consider this may be what the so-referred to as authorities inspire men and women to take action a little one will study each languages.

    No. At that point it was merely guesses. That's where most of the old wives tales came from, like carrying high vs. carrying low and stuff like that.

    i think that maybe they did the same as parents who dont learn the babys sex

    boy is higher up then the girl

    or other way around...
