Gurrl, i took phentermine and I lost 10lbs in a week, eating what i wanted no exercise. I am not that over weight lost what i needed to lose....BUT its not healthy for you and made me feell like i was a TWEAK. Honestly, I have done meth before and it felt the same. Gives you lots of energy. I sweated like i was running while sitting and made me have an odor but that couldve been the toxins coming out of my body from the sweat.. and your breathe stinks..
