Having issues with windows media player, I have sound but the picture is just red and green any suggestions?

Update:

Guess I should have put it under movies then. But the sound is fine and I have reinstalled it but still no luck.

    If you're playing music (which is the category you have this listed under) then that would be the "visualization" that you see while the song is playing.
