In the song "It's A Long Way To The Top" by The Mighty AC/DC, who is it that plays the bagpipe solo?

I always assume it was Bon Scott, but I can't find any documentation to back me up.

Bon Scott. I think I've seen pictures, but I'm also sure I've read that he played the bagpipes. Although the band formed in Australia, Bon Scott and Angus and Malcolm Young were originally all from Scotland.

Bon Scott. It's shown in the music video.

That can also be confirmed because bagpipers were playing at an AC/DC ceremony thing in 2004 in place of Bon Scott.

That is a damn good question. I always cite that cut for 1st use of bagpipes in a hard rock recording. I hope dude is correct to credit Herr Bon.

I looked it up and that was Bon, who in his youth played bagpipes and drums.
