Ford Astro minivan'89: where's the release to open gas flap?
borrowed friend's minivan, can't find the interior release to open the flap to fill up the gas tank. Where is it?

Either a Ford Aerostar or a Chevy Astro - not a Ford Astro.
I had both vans and I'm sure both were a lever beside the driver's seat, down floor level if I remember correctly.
