What is the default password for Admin on an HP computer?
I belive HP tries to idiot proof their systems. I am trying to logon as the Admin, but I have no clue what the password is, as I never set one. Does anyone know?

according to me, the default password for Admin on HP computer is blank. Just leave the password blank and login as Admin, try using this.

The default password is not set in HP's .
If you are having problem then also then open windows in safe mode and reset or delet password for the required profile..

I bought a used hp pavilion and the boy who owned it had a password for the administrator. how do I change it so I can use this computer

OK I think You might wanna take Your lab top or computer to circuit city or best buy to have them look at it, or You could go to them two places and ask some one there and they should tell You. Its priceless to ask but if You have it to be looked at they will charge You. Good Luck!
