My bike calls for a 3.25s-19 front tire. Is there another size I can use?

The 3.25 tire is tough to get except in cheapo brands which I prefer not to use.

Update:

The size is listed in the owners manual from 1979.

Update 2:

Is it possible to go to a 90/90-19, for example. I am not concerned about the speedo.

You can use any width you want, so long as it clears your fender.

    The difference between a 3.25 and a 3.50 is a 1/4".

Yes you can use 90-90-19, or 100-90-19, or 100-80-19, or 110-80-19, or 110-70-19 or even wider ones if it fits under the fender

3.25 is the width of the rim.

There are a variety of sizes that will work, just make sure they fit a 3.25 inch rim. Almost every tire suppliers website has a size comparison chart.
