I have some really cool ideas for a beach scene and koi fish tatoos. I'm looking to get a half sleeve probably to start off and then finish it off down the road. I don't want to just walk in anywhere, any help would be awesome, thanks.

the guy that did my last tattoo works at tattoo mania on sunset blvd. i believe its right across from the viper room. he does some AMAZING work. most of his portfolio was of these incredible koi fish. i dont remember his name... but he was one of the best ive seen. check him out.

theres a tat shop in EAST LA called tattoo angels they do pretty good work
