How can I set up a Bed & Breakfast business in the USA?

I am thinking about selling up in the UK to open up a bed and breakfast in the US. I have thoughts of what I would like to do etc but am not sure how I would find a house and go about setting up the business.

I would obviously have to have visas etc but I'm not worried about that at the moment as I am just trying to put ideas of whether the business would be possible.

    First you will want to find a good tourist location. Perhaps somewhere within a medium to large city. Search for a large house where each room would have privacy from the others. A good website for house searching is www.Realtor.com

    And lets not forget about a business liscense! Old Uncle Sam wants his share of your profits! Good Luck.
