Revlon has a neat gadget that looks like an eye pencil for removing "mistakes" with eyeliner, lip liner, etc. I was also told to lightly dab translucent powder over the lines.

It takes practice, but I use liquid eyeliner that has a pointed applicator not a brush. When it's new, you have to remove some of the excess with a tissue before applying it. Then, when the liquid eyeliner is empty, you can use the applicator and run it accross your mascara brush to get just the right amount on the applicator, and apply it just like drawing a line with a pencil. If you happen to mess up, immediately dab the area with a damp Q-tip. No one will ever know!

I have had a problem with liner smudging in the past. The best thing I can recommend is:

-Switch liners. Try Cover Girl Smoothers retractable pencil. It comes in a grey tube and it requires no sharpening. You could also try waterproof liner as well.

-Use Q Tips. They are an absolute life saver when it comes to make up correction. Dab a bit of water on one end, wipe off mistake, then use the dry end to absorb any excess water.

    - Use a concealer as a base around the whole eye. Not only will it help deminish the appearance of dark circles. It also helps absorb oils around your eyes, which causes eyeliner to "run".

    Hope this helps! Good Luck!

I use the liquid liner lightly and then go over it while it is still wet with a soft brown color and it lasts all day and makes your eyes stand out...I do not put it on thick and I use it on the upper lashes and half way on the lower...

ok for the bottom eyelid, u can use a cotton swab get it wet, i usually put a lil spit, and go along the botton evening it all out. it takes a few seconds and give u straight and neat line. you can also use the tip of ur finger and push up getting rid of the excess liner. for the top lid, u hafta wait for it to dry. try using ur blowdryer and put it on the cool setting. if u use hot, itll melt it and make it run. hope this helped!

Stop using liquid, its always a frustrating mess- switch to a soft khol pencil, they come in all the same colors, apply better, very waterproof and stay cleaner looking longer

Try a gel eyeliner. My personal favorite is MAC Fluidlines, but Bobbi Brown makes them too. They have the look of liquid eyeliner but they are MUCH easier to apply, and last a long time. Here's a link to MAC's http://www.maccosmetics.com/templates/products/sp....

line the inside of your botom eyelid. there is lke a little ridge that faces up when your eye is normal... pull it out a little bit and line that. works great and looks neat..

for the top, dont use liquid eyeliner. use a pencil. liquid eyeliner SUCKS.

If yu cant get the hang of it ( i used to always mess it up)

Use cotton buds to clear up any of the eyeliner or mascara that misses yur eyelid

It makes it look alot neater (:

Try this: use a pencil and apply it on your lower rim. This will give you a narrow and clean line!
