i removed a spdif card from a computer. how do i stop windows from trying to install?

it. the computer is running win xp home. and the spdif won't work with the soundblaster live add on soundcard.

    Thats SIMPLE TO FIX...go to system and disable the device you wish to stop re- installing poof done~ start control panel system etc... cheers

    when the wizard comes up hit cancel...it should not ask you again from that point.
