Do stores have to go by advertised price or their scan price?

I ask this because I found an MP3 player for $129.99 online, but in the flyer i see it for $149.99. So does the store have to go with the price they advertised or what they get in their computer which is probaly $149.99. This is in Canada

Update:

This is specifically for the Sandisk Sansa e260 at Future Shop.

Check the website again and search to see if it says the $129.99 price is just for an online purchase. If it does not, than just print the page out and take it with you to the actual store and you should get it for that price. :)

They should go with the advertised price (you can always get the lowest deal). The company should honor their commitments towards customers.
