Will they take your cosmetics away if you put them in your check on bag instead of the carry on?

if i put all my cosmetics in my check on luggage instead of my carry on, will they take them, and do they have to be in quart size bags too?

The things I want to take on the plane with me are, a lipstick, lipliner, tiny lipgloss, 20ml perfume, powder, and a powder brush. I have it all in a quart size zip-lock bag. Do I have to seperate anything? am I allowed to carry it on?

any tips?

all the things in the quart size bag are fine, but if I were you I would put the things you are going to take in your checked luggage in a gallon size bag, just in case....I just flew from Texas to Iowa, and back. I had taken my 9 month olds baby wash in checked luggage, luckily I put it in a gallon Ziploc, they throw your luggage, and it leaked, so it didn't get on our clothes and such

They didnt confiscate bags, they bumped off goods from the luggage. I fly three times each and every week and it bites because you are able to now not take any liquid or gel products by means of risk-free practices. this implies in case you have a protracted flight, you cant brush your the teeth mid day. (Toothpaste is on the checklist.) I dont whinge nevertheless. they're doing the suitable interest that they are able to to maintain us risk-free. in the event that they didnt take those measures and something did take place, they could be condemned for not taking needed steps of prevention. many of the TSA adult males act like Nazis yet all in all Im grateful for what theyre doing.

No, your checked luggage is (ironically) one of the safest places to put your stuff (that is, the stuff that isn't extremely fragile anyway).

Any liquids you have that are over 3 oz. must go in your checked luggage, and for all the screeners care, you could have 50 tubes of toothpaste in your checked luggage. Liquid and gel restrictions only apply to your carry-on.
