    Hi ,

I am 51, Brit male, and a Geordie by origin.

My Great Unle Fred Reed once wrote a story about him bringing home a swan for Chirstmas lunch, in a motorbike side car.

Although I read a lot of stuff, but that one sticks in my mind from childhood.

.So a family connection, but I also was into stories about ancient Arabic culture when living in the Mid-East.

    Fascinating stuff.

    All the best with it.
