As you lose weight, will your skin tighten up or will it sag and hang?

It depends on your skin's elasaticity and how much weight you lost. Truly lose, sagigng skin will not tighten up without surgery. This happened to me when I had my twins, I lost all the baby weight but my skin was stretched to the point where it will never return to "normal".

Sad to say but you will look like the "saggy baggy elephant" in that kids' story. You spent years stretching your skin. It never comes back to tight without surgery to cut off a lot of it.

if you are a younger person the skin comes back with the loss of weight =but when you are older it is much harder for the skin to come back too

If you lose it too fast, it will sag.
