Hypnosi to quit smoking ? Have you tried ? If so, did it work ?

    Hypnosis may work for some, but it didn't for me and it's expensive. I smoked for over 35 years and quit for exactly 6 months and 1 day. Started back smoking for about 2 months and gave it another try. Smoke free for about 4 months now. Here's how I did it. Best of luck.

    I've attempted man or woman hypnosis and a institution consultation. The inividual consultation did paintings for approximately eight months, however I must have had a comply with-up consultation and gave into temptation. (all my peers smoked on the time, so it was once fairly rough every now and then). The institution consultation did not do whatever for me and I proposal it was once a scam. I did check out the ancient Schick quit-smoking software - the only wherein they surprise you and different nasty stuff. It labored - for two years I in no way picked up a cigarette. I feel my trouble is I fairly love to smoke, and also you need to have your brain set to in no way smoke once more.     YES- its takes about 4 times.

    You also need to do EVERYTHING else to stop as well.

    Make it a Mass attack on smoking in your home.

    Spend that nervous energy, cleaning out all the clothes and furniture that smells bad. The pillows, bed covers, and the CAR.

    In less than two months you will have your sense of smell back and it will really effect daily life. SO get a head start.
