If you believe that abortion is murder & you believe in God?

...then why are you concerned? Really, if you believe in God, then doesn't it make sense that "he" will take care of the "murderers". If you think it's wrong don't have one. But is it really right to force your beliefs on others when there is no substancial evidence of the souls existence or when the soul actually enters the body!

BTW, fertility clinics throw out 1000's of fertilized eggs everyday, I don't see the Pro-lifers picketing them!

I've often wondered about Christians supporting war yet opposing abortion.

We're concerned for the same reason that we are concerned about murderers, rapists, child molesters and other violent criminals. They are all held legally liable for their crimes and so should someone who commits abortion. It's not just about God "taking care of" that person. What of the contribution to this world that these children would have made had they lived? BTW, I may be against abortion, but I don't picket clinics. So just because you don't see picketing doesn't mean anything. I realize that there are a lot of pro-lifers who do not respond to this area well, even violently. But why in the world are people who care about life considered bad? It's ok to be demented when it comes to defending whales and furs but heaven forbid a person go overboard about the life of a child?

    Hi.

I believe that abortion is a horrible thing to do to yourself.

I was in a very bad marriage in my 20's,I already had 2 children and my husband at that time and I were separating and getting back together.....I must say that it was probably better not to bring another child into this situation.

That was my justification for it back then.......so I had an abortion.......It was horrible.........a literal sucking out of a life.....my life....soon afterward,I went off the deep end......I could not handle the emotional tumoil and did all kinds of self destructive things...all who loved me and my family suffered greatly. I was not a Christian at the time.....

Looking back, yes God was sovereign over that decision and He did His work through it but not without lots of self inflicted suffering attatched. So as a Christian and as a human being and a woman and a mother of 6 now.......

happy, well adjusted, loving and caring I would advise

other women to educate themselves on ALL other options before deciding to abort their babies...........

If they decide upon abortion........there is forgiveness.

The first Xians who came to america pushed there religon on the native americans and when they didnt accept it they killed them in fear

they went to africa looking for slaves doing the exact same thing

then they kill ppl they even so much as think are witches

then they write a declaration of independance and give people the freedom of religon

the xians are great for thinking eith half of a mind and sinice there are very few religous higher ups that even get involved in a pregnancy they should keep there nose where it belongs, in their childrens book they call the bible!

Human life is formed at conception, not birth. To destroy this "life" can be said to be murder. He (not "he") will take care of the murderers? Does this fall under "Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord"? Actually God will give the "murderer" a human lifetime to confess and repent of this sin.

The majority of pro-lifers are also men, go figure!

    Good question!

those life's were put here for a purpose, or the person would not have become pregnant, and yes their spirits will go back to heaven...but murder is murder!

It bothers me, because those babies have just as much a right to be born as I did.
