Why do fermented foods make me sleepy?
Ever since I've been adding lots of cheese or kimchee to my meals (ex. cheesy tomato soup, wee bree with sandwiches, wee bree with everything, kimchee to salads, portabello sandwiches, with cheese, olives...etc) I've been losing weight very very fast with little or more excercise.
The problem is....eating alot of cheese, kimchee, pickles, vingiar...etc makes me veeery sleepy....
Is this healthy?

Hallo charmining_imo,
eat a tablett with jodid and iron. But don't forget for each kilogramm of your weight you need 1g ( if you are over 50 years 1.5 g ) of protein each day.

Maybe not, we feel sleepy because of less of oxygen in the body. if you focusing on your breath and control it well... like buddhist, you can awake for all of your life.
