Who thinks whats being done to Kyle Busch is wrong?!?
I'm not a die hard Busch fan, and I don't hate the move that Dale Jr did. But it just ticks me off, that Hendrick would just throw away talent like Kyle Busch! Come on, sure he has anger issues, and likes to shoot off his mouth, but the guy is a helluva racer. I'm just wondering who thinks its wrong?!

Well I think you need to realize what exactly is going on here. Kyle Busch is not getting shafted by HMS in any way. The reason I say this is if it everyone would listen to or read the press releases you would know that HMS and Busch decided to part ways back in MAY. What did Hendrick say when Jr said that he was leaving DEI? There is no room at the inn. I really do not think that there is any conspiracy in this either.
Busch wanted out and HMS has given him what he requested. Busch's contract was up at the end of next year anyway and from the sounds of things he would have left then anyway, so I really do not know what all the fuss is about. Besides the point nascar has said that the 4 car teams would be implemented by 2009 so HMS could have had 5 drivers next year anyways and Kyle would have gone else where at the end of next year anyways.

Kyle Busch and Rick Hendrick were working on a contract extension and couldn't come to an agreement so they came to a mutual agreement that it might be best for a fresh start on both parts. That is when kyle asked to be let out of his contract and Rick let him out and the gave Rick the opening to sign Dale Jr. Busch is not being forced out at least not by any media reports or any statements being released by Busch.

From everything I have heard and the videos on NASCAR.com, Busch has been trying to work out a deal with Hendrick since last season. Rick Hendrick stated in the video that he knew Busch was being approached by others and thought that he needed to have the space to pursue other opportunities with any of these groups. It sounds to me as Busch wasn't happen to be in the Hendrick's organization so he was going looking and trying to play a trump card too. All I can say is I am not a Busch fan (Kurt or Kyle) and his loss is Junior's gain.

I don't think it's wrong. Discounted any of the Jr. stuff, it might be better for both of them to split. It didn't seem to me that Busch was a good fit with the Hendricks team. I know I can't discount the Jr. stuff totally as I don't think there would have been a split if Jr. wasn't available but I don't think Busch was at Hendricks for the long haul. They say they were working on an extension and talks broke down, that seems to be code for it wasn't working in most cases specially when there is a year to go on the current deal.

People have said and I'll agree Rick H is a loyal owner. But he took a chance on Kyle years ago and waited patiently for this talent to mature.Look no further then his older brother to realize maturing isnt in his near future.I'm thinking a better question would be without Mears very very recent success would we be asking the same question about him and not Kyle.I believe more then anything Mears' recent success sealed Kyle's fate.I'm a Hendrick fan and have longed for the day kyle didnt remind me of his brother, that day will never come.

I'm by no means a Busch fan, but yeah I think it's wrong. Kyle is a much better driver than Dale Jr and has earned his spot in that car. He deserves it a hell of a lot more than Jr does.

it would be a shorter checklist if we in basic terms stated what grew to become into precise with Kyle Busch. He grew to become into being his widespread, bitchy self because of fact he have been given outraced by utilizing somebody with a automobile as loose because it could get without spinning out and the driving force that gained drives for Dale Jr. Had it been the different driving force that gained i'm confident Kyle does no longer have made the remark that they did no longer deserve the win.

I don't think it's wrong man. That's the way the cookie crumbles sometimes. Maybe if he would have kept himself in check instead of walking around like he's a big dog, he would have been okay. Let him go back to Busch racing, he can act like a hell of a driver there, his brother Kurt is a better driver anyhow.

"Busch is under contract through 2008, and Hendrick has said he wanted to sign the 22-year-old driver to an extension. But there are rumblings Busch has asked to be released from his contract."
This is what was on the nascar.com website the other day, below is the link to the story.

busch is a good driver but their are times when he is a wide man behind the wheel at soem tracks and gets involved in some pretty bad accidents..i dont think hendrick wants someone who leaves the race earley like he did this year, (thus letting jr drive his car) or someone who bashes nascar and the new car of tomorrow like he did when he won at bristol this year..he has alot of talent but he needs to mature.
