A dealership will not lower a car, or tell you how to.

However if I would have seen this question I could give him a real answer.

It is important that you "know thyself."

But some people thinks those are valid answers ("go take it to the dealer") They don't know enough to know - that they don't know. To many people (not just women) taking your car is a valid DYI work.

The only thing I can say is that - they are often trying to really help.
