I don't know why, but I sort of lost the desire to eat...?
I use to snack and eat all the time, but now I only eat when I'm hungry like only breakfest, lunch, and dinner. I know that thats the healthiest way to eat, but why suddenly did I lose the desire to snack and eat when I'm not really hungry?
And I am not anerexic, I still eat when I'm hungry, just not a lot.

Are you upset about something? Sometimes depression can work in the opposite and you stop eating, rather than start eating. Are you nervious or anxious about anything? That can cause it as well.

For an answer to this kind of question you need to your doctor. Loss of appetite means that you have a digestive problem.

it could be stressed.
i cant eat when i'm mad or upset.
maybe your schedule is hectic and you just dont find the time to snack all day...
