Why would liberals lie about Global Warming?

Gore is a moron. Liberals need a state of fear to get the people on their side.

The liberals are all about the environment over practicality. Save the forests, No drilling in Alaska. Over and over. Global warming is just another thing that can get them to that end. What I am not sure about is; is it a lie, or are they that stupid?

Well... Gore is making BANK! Seriously, he owns a carbon offset company that collects money as people go green. Also, his movie netted him publicity and money, not to mention speeches. He is doing it for the green... in the monetary sense.

People are heavily motivated by fear. Conservatives use the ever present (and real) threat of terrorism. Liberals, who deny that people are actually out to kill us, default to the next best thing: we are out to kill ourselves.

Global warming is far from sound; its conceited to think that puny little humans could do anything major to the planet. Research is strong on both sides, but publicized assymetrically.

People just don't believe that things are changing and have a "kill the messager" mentality.

Fear = power = money = power = money ...

YOU EXPECT THEM TO ACTUALLY SAY , WE AGREE WITH THE " LIBERALS " ?
