Goku got his tail regrow by Elder Kai,While Vegeta's tail is being force to grow when he was shot by the Bruitz wave that Bulma created.
While Broly,no one could help him regrew his tail.

broly & goku were born at the same time....
when they were babies goku used to cry really loud......which made broly unsleep
he was fed up & he hated him for this dumb reason....
