Is it really hard to lose weight after a woman gave birth?

because as far as I have observed, most women gain from 15-20 lbs throughout their pregnancy and wasn't able to lose the weight after they gave birth to their child.

Normal weight gain during pregnancy is anywhere between 30-40 pounds. Some gain more, some less. I gained 35. I lost 20 of it right after having my baby but gained some of that back. Breastfeeding helps a woman keep some of the weight off and it did for me also but it was when I stopped breastfeeding that the some of the weight came back. Exercise and eating right has helped me lose most of it. But before I had my baby, I never once had to diet. I was one of those women who didnt have to worry about what she ate and I was at a normal weight. Now, I eat a potato chip and I gain 5 pounds! : ) Womens bodies just change after pregnancy I guess.

I think it just depends on the woman. I am 29, just had my 3rd daughter and I weigh 115lbs. With each child I was back to normal weight within 1-2 months. But I'm not a real big eater and I workout at least 2-3 times a week. You just have to remember when you're pregnant to eat when you're hungry and of course you're going to have more of an appetite and eat larger portions, but you don't have to give in to every craving you have. I also walk alot during my pregnancies, since you can't really exercise. The hardest thing for me has never been losing the pounds, but regaining the muscle. It takes more work to get your abs as tight again because of the muscles stretching I guess.

while it includes marriage any guy with a million/2 a strategies is going to decide for a woman who he's attracted to on better than the actual point. additionally if 2 people have sexual chemistry 15 or 20 lbs can no longer get interior the way of that. some women folk particularly blow up with the 2d new child and in the event that they have not got a great help gadget they provide up on dropping the burden. looking after 2 youthful toddlers would be particularly stressful. If he isn't supportive and purely stopped having sec together with her as a results of fact she's fat she's probably purely going to get greater fat and unhappy.

    Hey,

Some people can lose ti before they leave hospital others don't lose it until the baby is over one!

I think a women should look at how she loses weight before she was pregnant.

    it just falls off?

you didn't even have to hardly work to get it off?

Then you'll probably lose it easy...

    On the other side

You have to work your butt off getting weight off

You have to watch everything you eat!

You'll probably have a hard time getting the weight down!

    Good Luck

Everyone is different. I gained 20 pounds and I lost it all before my 6 week appt. But then some people can never lose that last 10 pounds or so. It just all depends on the person.

Not all women lose the weight they have to work towards loseing it. others it stays on forever no matter how hard they try. and some women are lucky to where they can go back to there pre-pregnancy clothes the same day or the same week of having the baby.
