Where can I find out more about the value of a "vintage" vehicle?
Hi,
I am wondering where I can find out more about the value of an old vehicle. I have a 1964 Ford F100 truck and I just want to know more about what it is worth.
Is there somewhere that has this information? I know a lot depends on different factors about its condition, etc., but I need to know where to find out what these factors are and what affect they have on the price.
Any help in pointing me toward more info. would be awesome.
Thank you for you help!

Call your insurance agent and see if they will have your classic car appraised. The only real good idea you can get for an antique of any sort is with an appraiser. They will base their appraisal on all the lil things you can't do a search for online as an average person and let you know what your antique car is worth in the region and nationally. The other thing you can do is check Ebay for your specific F100 and see what they are going for. With classic cars, there are two markets those for the normal folk and those for the specific fan of the vehicle. A specific fan will pay more than just regular folk. So if your looking at selling it, let the appraiser give your rock bottom price and then let how they go on Ebay be your minimum you want to make. Good luck with it.

Google it. (sorry yahoo) Just type in the year, make and model and I'll bet that you have thousands of sites with information. Also you could look in your local phone book for vintage car dealers. Vintage car shows are also a good place for info. I'm sure that there are many in your area this summer ---- I've already been to one in my city...... I drove my dad's 1950 Studebaker!

Hemmings has that truck advertised for sale with prices ranging from $3,800 to $.02.
