Which diet or exercise is better?

Everytime you look at the television or listen to the radio, there is some commercial advertising their product. i need to know which one really works. i need to loose about 50 lbs no matter how long it takes. i love to cook and eat as well, i need something to help with the cravings i have. i tried joing a gym but that did not work for long, i tried taking diet pills, i hate taking pills so that lasted maybe a week, i tried drinking teas but most take awful and i usually add sugar to help with the taste and i know that only defeats the purpose.........so what should i do??????? i can't seem to stick to any true from of diet or exercise.....

    I was the same way you are! I hated pills and definately diets! But I started Weight Watchers and I love it! I've been on it a month and lost 15 lbs. It lets you eat the foods you like but gives you better ways to cook it! Plus I'm a big snacker and with the points system (which is really easy to understand) it lets me have plenty of snacks during the day! I just have to choose! Oh....another nice thing about WW is that if you do exercise, it lets you have extra points! Depending on the activity you can earn enough points for a whole other meal! Hope this helps! Good luck

    ah , i have been there, i always ruined my diet and exersize

    what you can do is drink 8oz (large cup) of water before everymeal, that fills you up during the meal and you dont eat as much, but your still full, keep a bottle of water with you at all times, i drink lots lots lots of water that way im full, and eventually water became my craving, DONT BUY CANDY trust me dont buy wahts not good for ya, umm cook what you would normaly eat and when its on the plate cut everything in haf (portion) and put it on another plate , then eat one of em, save the other one for later and at night eat 35% what you would normaly eat, since you dont do much at night ... try to keep your mind off eating, but if you cant, buy some baby carrots to snack on, they help lottz
