Mother of all living?

3:20 And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living. 

That was before adam and eve got kicked out by all love god.
I wander mother of what? Eve does not have any childrens yet, she still in eden, Adam has no idea what she will produce or if she even survive , so what does it means mother of all living?

The faith of Adam that God would perform what He said in Genesis 3:16,  gave the woman the right to the title, "the mother of all living".

according to the bible she was the first human female, the first human mother, making her the mother of all living.  Note the word 'was' past tense.  God told her after she ate the fruit that she and every woman after her would give birth in pain.  So she was aware that she would have children.
