what do I do to help my frizzy hair?????

i have the same thing, you should really try this shampoo called Neutrogena triple moisture and the conditioner and mask, it is AMAZING!! I just got it and have only been using it for a few days, and so far my frizz is turning soft and is actually touchable!!

Herbal Essences has great shampoos and conditioners for every hair type. For you the best two would be their "Hello Hydration" shampoo and conditioner to help moisturize your hair and "None Of Your Frizzness" shampoo and conditioner to help control the frizz. Also, John Frieda makes a "Frizz Ease" hair cream that helps control frizz too, just don't use too much of it or it will make your hair greasy. Hope this helps!

Shampoos typically won't help with frizz. They're really designed just to clean the hair and scalp. Try a silicone product like Simply Stylin. It's light-weight but coats the hair to prevent frizz. No shampoo! I have the same type of hair.

Instead of washing your hair every day only wash it every other day with a gentle shampoo (I really like Biolage's Rosemary Mint) and on the days you absolutely need to rinse out your hair (like if it stinks) only condition it.

Also, when you are styling your hair use a defrizzing serum.
