BT Technical Support in the UK?

I really need the number for BT Technical Support in the UK. All of the numbers on the BT Support website, with the exception of Sales and Billing Enquiries, redirect themselves to a call-centre in India. I've heard that there's a call centre in Dublin and one in Edinburgh.

Does any one have the number? Preferably a direct dial number, such as 01********* or 02********* but an 08 number will do.

    I hear ya, no one should even bother with any of the isps call centers as they are all based in india it seems, and they all read from scripts which helps noone and cost the earth to phone.

    Try this link below it gives all alternative no`s for bt.
