Olay Definity - skin "rolling" off???

I am using the entire Olay Definity line for about three weeks now. I am noticing every day that "something" (skin?) is rolling off my face in little "globs". Has anyone else experienced this while using Definity? Is this dead skin rolling off or is this just globs of the cream?

omg! i never have tried this cream but i would really tell u to stop using it if thats happening to you. that is not normal and u might be getting an allergic reaction or something, or maybe the cream is burning ur skin somehow. go to this website: http://www.olaydefinity.com/definity_main_closed.h...

and here there is everyting u need to know about the skin care cream ur using. i think u could also chat with a live guide and maybe u can let them know about wat is happening, and answer ur question more accurately than i am right now. hope this infortmation helps and also the website helps! = )

It may be some dead skin rolling off. Do you see the dry skin before applying the lotion? If yes, it's skin. You could be rubbing too much when you put the lotion on. If you have several products layered on your face you need to allow time for drying between the layers and use the products sparingly to avoid build up.

Most likely dead skin but could be some kind of reaction. Stop using it for a week or so and see if it continues. Maybe look into using a different product.

Many people apply moisturizing lotions and think the skin will absorb it by itself.

It needs to be gently massaged in.( while still somewhat moist from bathing)

Leaving layer upon layer without properly washing, will cause a 'second skin'.

When you start to vigorously rubbing in another product, you will indeed see excess OLD layers coming off.

Sounds to me like its the dead skin surface cells coming off and thats a good thing!

However, if you start noticing redness or anything else out of the ordinary, quit using it and find a new product line. :-)

It is probably dead skin. That happens to me when I use certain types of lotions on my skin. Just take a slightly damp washcloth and wipe it across the are that is "rolling" off and it will come off...
