I mean the story-line of Vince being dead is now history because of what happened to Benoit. I mean there now saying that he killed his kid and wife, and if he did then how are they going to present it to the world on the show? I mean they can't just go on and say he was a great man but he turned the knife on his wife and kid?

That's most likely a rumor or theory on the tragedy. The results aren't in and aren't going to be for a few more days, so just chill. As for the McMahon storyline, hopefully they will drop that. If he continues pressing that storyline, he'll lose a lot of his dignity as well as ratings...
