Online Dating?
When I was 13 years old I started talking to a guy online - who was 14. We live on opposite sides of the United States. We talked for many years, and we gave each other advice. He always wanted to meet me but I never wanted to travel that far. (mainly because i still lived with my parents, and i was so young) I'm now 20 years old - and i haven't thought of him in years, and he recently emailed me saying that he is madly in love with me and wants to get married. I've tried to block him (literally) out of my life, yet he still finds a way to get in contact with me. I've straight up told him off - just he still doesn't get the point. How should I get the point across to him that I want nothing to do with him, and that I didn't think our "relationship" was a serious one.
Plus - I'm currently with the love of my life, who i've been with for 4 years now.

I know this is going to sound so simple but it can be hard. Ignore him. He will leave you alone but you have to stop communicating with him period. Don't say another word to him. He will test you but be strong. Spend those moments enjoying the love of your life!

He sounds like a type of stalker. I doubt there is anything you can say to get the point across, because he is probably a weirdo. Tell him you are getting married and you won't be able to correspond with him anymore - and then you should totally ignore him. Block out everything you can and any emails you get, don't even OPEN them!!!! Just trash them right away.

I think it's kind of weird, personally. I mean you honestly don't know anyone online. You can be whoever you want to on here, so I don't know, I just don't trust it. Then again my sister did it and that's how she's found her current boyfriend.. but still.. I'm never doing it. I'd much rather find someone in the real world.

If either of you haven't thought or talked in at least 6 years and you found someone, I wouldn't trust this guy at all. Obviously you've moved on, he should have too. It seems totally out of the blue so I would definatly try to take legal action. You didn't give him any personal info about like where you live or your number or anything? If you did, change it immediately.

let your current boyfriend know, see if he can't help. then change your email address, do not have a public profile. then take legal action if that doesn't work. this guy needs to geta life

Find a cheap lawyer or legal assistant and send him notice
of harassment. He will understand and keep away from you.

All you can do is continue to block him...or tell him if he doesn't back off, you'll take legal action.
