Wow! What a great find. Absolutely hilarious. I love the list of Doctors, especially the pictures. John Inman as the third Doctor and The Undertaker as the sixth Doctor are particularly good I thought.

I haven't read it in detail yet, but I've bookmarked it so I certainly will - looking forward to it.
