Injury!! What types of activities should I do?

I have a hip injury and can't do any physical activity that puts pressure on it like jogging, soccer (that's how I injured it), etc. I can bike ride, swim, etc.

Unfortunately at the moment, it's rainy and cold where I am. What sorts of indoor activities can you think of to do at home to get an aerobic workout for fat-burning purposes?

Thanks.

Update:

I live in a very small town in Germany. The nearest gym with anything appropriate is too far away and incredibly expensive. That's why I'm asking for activities I can do at home.

Yoga and Thai-chi, low impact and great cardio and balance, here are a couple to keep you going till it gets warm. Good Luck

Join a gym and bike, swim or walk on a treadmill.

    maybe a gym?

    or an indoor pool?

swimming is great because your hip won't feel anything in the water. you'll feel light and you'll get stronger also.

ball exercises would fit you. and there's stretching. you could try doing less strenuous exercises just so you could get the fats out. and eat sensibly. goodluck!=)
