Hie Tanuta. Well to me the most kindness thing, I did at this week had two good things.

    1. Traveling in the public bus.

When I was traveling in the public bus, towards to my working place, the bus was extreamlly pack and there were two old people, a old blind women and also there were a pregnant women, so me and my friends were sitting on a row of chair of whereby there was enough for all of them, and I told to my friends that '' guys lets wake up from the chair and give it to them'' so all my friends agreed and we wake up from that particular chair which we were sitting and give it to them and those people were extremely thankful to us.

    2. Cleaning my brother's new house before he was going to get married and move in.

Two days back I took leave from work and my brother told me can you help me by cleaning the house, so I told him '' sure'' and he picked me up at my house and I brought the particular liquid and also all the other tools to clean up as I was the only person to clean up and due to that he was busy with his job so I did all by myself and without seeking help from anyone. When he return home he was extreamly shock to see his house which was been painted for the whole house and also it was sparkling clean without any dust and also the place was like a newly bought house and his neighbor was shock to see me doing all the chores by myself and not seeking the help from anyone as when it was done my brother fetch and sende me to my parent's home and the neighbor was always asking about me and not anyone els.

So when this two had happen I went and treat myself to a beautiful meal and a nice movie ticket to treat myself to it. It is better for ot treat yourself to something nice when you have done something good to others and when you know you will be blessed with that particular person whom you help with.

OK so maybe he was a dead beat drug head, but I saw a young guy, only in his early 20s, wrapped up in an old duvet outside a shop in Leytonstone in the middle of the day. I went over to him and put down £2 and just said thats for you hun. No matter his circumstances, whether he was in that state due to his own actions, it pained me to see anyone on the street and that desperate, so I gave him what I could afford and I hope sincerely from my heart that he sorts his life out and does not end up on that street corner for the rest of his life.

Said kind words to people. Told my kids I loved them. Worked hard for my family. Opened doors for people who were old or had their hands full. Said "Hi" to acknowledge peoples presence. Let people get in the lane I was driving in. Waved at people. Tried to give good advice. Sometimes the little things matter just as much as the big ones.

I was looking after some 11 year old twins and I had to feed them, so I bought them pizza. I took them to a pizzeria in Italy even though I can't really speak Italian, they were very pleased

I helped this guy at the beach, who lost the key to his motorcycle when he was in the ocean.

First tried going to get a wrecker service, then locksmith, then buddy who's a mc mechanic to help him. When that failed loaned him tools to remove the ignition switch. It wasn't pretty in the end, but he got home.
