Try using a dish soap with bleach in it, try Dawn dish soap, they have on the market a pump type for heavy duty cleaning, that works very well.

I have several of the silicone baking pans and they work great and clean up real easy with just warm soapy water. I never pre soak or put them in the dishwasher. I do however spray them with oil even though the instructions say you don't have too. If you are having that much trouble, you should contact the manufacturer, there is a problem with the ones you have.

Let them sit in a bowl of warm soapy water for about 10-15 mins. Then take them flip them inside out (where the excess baked on crud is) and scrub with the rougher side of the sponge. Once finished rinse well with water, flip them rightside in, and dry.

I use dishsoap and water and wash them by hand. If anything is stuck I use the nylon scrubber thingy. I never have any problem getting them clean.

Those things seem like too much of a hassle...just get rid of them and use the paper ones that you can throw away. They're not that expensive and you'll save yourself the headache of having to clean the other ones.
