whats the mos weight you've lost in a month and how'd u do it?

    Hmm...I can't remember exactly how much I lost in a month, but on the first week of Weight Watchers Point System, I lost 11 lbs! Just so you know...I am a very large person though...so it stands to reason I may lose more weight to start with than others who are smaller. Hope this helps. It is a great program. I have gained the weight back plus interest, but it isn't because the weight loss program failed me...it's because I completely quit what I was doing. Smart huh? lol....good luck to you!
