how do I clear the memory on my IE6 adress bar?
my kids were screwing around and got some"unsavory" web addresses on the address bar.
I have cleared the cookis, history, etc through tools-internet options-general....but they still show up.
Tech geeks- any ideas?
Oh, yes, I DO have a blocker, but it was off so I could access a site I needed for work.
I can't have IE7 on this computer- it won't work with my company's system. I already cleared the history- several times....

I did that, closed all my IE windows, reopened and ...VOILA!
It won't let me choose your's as best answer until 4 hours after question was posted....I'll try to remember to get back in!

Tools / Internet Options / Content (Tab) . Auto Complete. Uncheck "Websites" .

Download IE7.0 It takes all I E 6 out and replaces it with new info and clears the memory! Then I suggest a password for your eyes only!
