Your opinion on missed period?

I started using the evra patch a month or two ago to which I started my period four days late (I went through 2 packets). But then I decided to rather go on Yasmin birthcontroll pills, but this month I've missed my period! (Today it I'm a week late and still no sign of it....)

I've got a burning feeling when I get up in the morning and I go to the toilet more often than usual.

Could I be missing my period because of the patches and pills or could I be pregnant. (Which is dangerous of cours seen as I am on birthcontroll at the moment.....)

Maybe it's because you've been on and off a lot of different birth control options in such a small amount of time and they are reacting with each other. You should, just to be safe, schedule an appointment with your doctor. That would be the safest thing to do, in my opinion.

I would say it's because of all the birth control changes. I was on the depo shot and once I came off of it, it took 8 months before I finally had a period again.

If you're unsure, get a home pregnancy kit. If anything else it'll be for peace of mind.

    Good luck.
