i put salt and ice on my wrist for ten minutes and put more salt on every 2min and it was ghost white and swollen.it has been 3 days and it is just as bad as it was after the ten min.i know it burned my skin but i need info.

hahah..i did that a couple months ago
cept i did it for like..5 minutes total
and theres likke a scar there now
